*The Minimum Bench Fee is a minimum price for any work done that requires us to make space available on our workbench for your computer. This includes all of the above listed services. This fee is applied in the case that 1) The total of the above fees for your trip to KBS does not meet or exceed $50.00 and 2) you the customer decides not to go ahead with further repairs because the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the computer (or for any other reason). In the latter case the minimum bench fee can be considered a diagnostic fee. In simplest terms, the minimum bench fee is the least amount you should expect to pay if one of our techs works on your computer at our repair center.
